IPhone 12 Pro 128gb Graphite

I ordered my IPhone 12 Pro 128gb in Graphite on 3rd November. When ordering I was told it would be despatched within 21 days. Tomorrow is day 21 and still no despatch. Any ideas?

Similar situation with me - my 21 days is slowly approaching and the only notification I received lately is "Good news. Your order is coming soon". Can we expect phones to be dispatched within 21 days deadline? I ordered iPhone 12 pro 128gb Pacific Blue.

Was told my max would take 7 days last week. It’s due tomorrow and still showing awaiting confirmation on delivery

I don’t know if this helps but I just received my phone on Sunday.
I didn’t get any updates from EE at all until after it had been dispatched. I got a notification from DPD to say they had the phone yet on my order details it still said awaiting confirmation.
I’m not sure if your phones are coming soon but I do know that just because there’s no updates on EE your phone might still be on its way soon

I’ve passed 21 days. Phoned EE who told me they can’t give any idea of how long it will take to deliver. They must have some idea of lead time but don’t seem willing to tell customers.

The lack of communication is the problem! I don't mind waiting but atleast tell me where I stand. If its delayed and its going to be longer than 21 days then just tell me! I'd rather that than send me updates saying my order is on track!

I understand your frustration. I ordered mine on 16th and was told it would be delivered on launch day. It never came, then got told a further 14 more days, again it never came and again I was told a further 14 more days. In the end it was just over 5 weeks and I must have complained every week!

I am beginning to lose all faith whatsoever in my order being honoured in the timeframe I was given at point of order. My 12 pro 256gb graphite was ordered on the 4th and at the time I was quoted delivery "within 21 days". 21 days are up on Wednesday and the lastest message I got last week was to tell me my order would be coming soon. This was after a previous message saying it was on track.

My question is have these updates been automatic nonsense? If you cannot tell people where there orders are how can I receive a message saying it's on track?

I'm fully expecting no update tomorrow from DPD to say I'm getting my phone on Wednesday and my loyalty to EE is being severely tested. The disjointed communication is poor.

I’ve just upgraded to the 128 pro max in blue and been told within 14 days for delivery if that helps?

I went in live chat with EE this morning and they told me mine would be delivered within 7 days. I won't hold out too much hope but they did also say that if the wait goes over 30 days then I will receive £20 off my next bill. £20 doesn't make up for it but still might be worth you doing the same!!

i spoke with EE just now, they mentioned a £20 voucher for the next bill and gave me an estimated arrival date for 7th of December, where I should receive a phone on Friday.

Ordered mine - Pacific Blue - just over a week ago and was told 21+ days then. Spoke to someone at EE yesterday who said it's now 14-21 days - I'm not convinced but can wait... a bit...

Rumour has it that the take-up of the 12 pro has surprised Apple. and they've been scrabbling to get components from their other lines.

From MacRumors: 'Demand for ‌iPhone 12 Pro‌ in particular has been higher than expected, and the issue has reportedly been compounded by supply constraints for specific parts such as power chips and LiDAR components.

Apple is said to be reallocating components from ‌iPad‌ models to the ‌iPhone 12 Pro‌ in an effort to prioritize supply shortages, according to two sources of Nikkei Asia. This has ostensibly affected around two million ‌iPad‌ units, scuppering Apple's ‌iPad‌ production plans for this year.'

When did you order your phone? I order a iPhone 12 pro max 126gb on 13/11 and still not arrived, my wife ordered hers the same day 2 hours before mine and hers can last Tuesday. So frustrating

@Dsely I ordered mine on 3rd November. The most frustrating this is knowing people who ordered after you are getting theirs before I have mine
