My iPhone 12 order

I ordered my IPhone 12 on the 10th Nov and I haven’t had any information about it. When I check on the tracking paper ( track your order) it says awaiting confirmation on delivery date and that’s all it says. I’m just wondered because they have took my money out of my bank for the phone too.

128GB iphone 12 pro pacific blue this has also happened to my sisters in the same phone but it’s the same phone but it’s sliver

The delivery guidance when you placed your order was dispatch within 21 days.

You'll receive your tracking details by text when your phone is on its way.

I ordered the iPhone 12 pro gold 256gb on the 26th October and on Saturday 21st nov my tracking information changed to expected order dispatch within 24 hours but nothing has changed since then. My delivery date still says awaiting confirmation

Would my phone come anytime soon as it’s gone past the 21 days as EE said.

iPhone 12 pro max blue Friday 20th of November I was told 14 days and I am happy with that but I have not received a confirmation email and when I called this morning to chase up they advised that because of a busy weekend the time is now 28 days how can this be if I was told 14 days on Friday

I ordered my phone on the 26th October and its been almost a month

My order status had changed to Order Confirmed to Expected Delivery within 24 hours. Surely that should mean I should receive my iPhone soon?

Are the iphones back in stock?

Can you check mine, mine was 14 days when I ordered, this has now passed.

Was 128gb Blue ordered 8th November.

But this guidance is incorrect so far as when you get to 21 days (like I have today) you will then be told that the 21 days advice is irrelevant and stocks are low and you’ll have to wait longer! It’s a joke that isn’t funny, I’ve also had now 3 “Different “ answers to : Where is my iPhone 12 pro 128gb graphite ordered on the 2nd November

Why don’t EE just be honest and say we haven’t a clue but you’ll get it eventually?

Ive been told that before but nothing has come through and its been more than 24 hours since it was expected to be delivered. is there anything you can check regarding my order to see where it actually is because its almost a month waiting for me and still no update on where my phone is
