iphone6s plus wireless

have an iphone6s plus and the wireless kept dropping and restarting ongoing for a few weeks reloaded backup but that didnt change anything. i did a firmware upgrade but no good. this is the second 6s plus with the same problem. wireless has stopped working completely now, any suggestions???

Just to check I understand correctly, is your iPhone not connecting to WiFi?

If this not what is happening, could you let me know the problem you are having with your iPhone?

was connecting to wireless router ok but not going on the internet, checked both phone and router and discovered that phone was listed in both ipv4 and ipv6 tables, ran diagnostics on router and it seems to have deleted the ipv6 listing and phone appears to be working ok now, many thanks for the prompt reply
