When will I be getting my iPhone 12 max pro? Ordered same day as wife, she had hers 2 days ago and I’ve had zero correspondence regarding mine

Ordered the same phone same colour same size, I’m just confused as to why she has hers but I don’t have mine, did EE run out of stock on Friday but still let me order it? If I’d have known I would of ordered a different colour. Thanks

It does seem strange that one has arrived but not the other.

I have my order number but when I try to track it says I cannot track this order just yet, and on the link that was text to me saying my order was still on track it just says awaiting confirmation. What does that even mean, do you have the phones in stock? Yes or no? If not when will you be replenishing your stock file? Please just a simple answer about the device! It’s frustrating
