I ordered the iPhone 12 pro max on the 7 of November and since then have not had another email out my delivery, how do I find out what status it is at? I didn’t get an email to track or anything

I’ve just tried to track it and it says it can’t show my order details right now, it’s been two weeks since I’ve ordered it
