new iphone se2 help needed

received my new phone today its my first iPhone (normally gone with Samsung) it only came with charging cable no plug or earphones the cable as the new type c connector at the plug end is this normal for iPhone products yo come without these essential items thanks for any help

@jutace69 It’s new this year. Apple dropped the head jack awhile ago and now have just stopped adding the headphones. They also removed the charger plug this year. You can purchase a USB-C plug as that will then charge faster or you can get a wireless charger and use that.
