Hi I have an iPhone SE2020 and it’s about 4 months old. Been having a problem recently where I have an incoming call and when I swipe and answer there is nothing even though it’s answered on screen and timer is counting. The caller then tries again a few times still the same. If I power off and on then it’s ok. People who are trying to reach me just say the phone goes silent. Happening more and more now and very frustrating as I use the phone a lot for work purposes and keep having to turn off and on. Don’t expect this from new phone. It’s not signal I’m in a great 4G area. Any ideas anyone ? Thanks

Welcome to the community.

Could you try resetting the network settings please?

Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings > Follow on-screen prompts.

Also, please check to see if there's a carrier update available:

Tap Settings > General > About. If there's one available, it'll pop up there.

thanks for reply there didn’t seem to be a carrier update so I have just reset network settings to see how that goes
