Could someone please tell me how I can block my son's lost phone using EE app as office closed. And cannot get into iCloud as can't find password and won't let me on Apple with my android phone

Welcome to the community,

You can ring 24 hours a day to report a lost or stolen phone, which will block it and the SIM card, you can then also request a replacement SIM card, which will have the same mobile number but a different IMEI number.

What phone does he gave as there is normally tracking software on the phone. For example if you on Android then log into Google and search "find my device"
