Hi, today my data isn't working, it says i have no service ANYWHERE and every time i try use it in the car or out it doesn't work. i checked to see if i had none left but i have over 6GB left to use. i also reset network settings turned it off multiple times/ airplane mode switched but nothing is working what should i do???

Hi, yes it says call failed every te i try call somebody and messages wont send even if i try send it as a green text.

Hiya, just checked and it said no reported problems so i sent in one to see if it can be checked, it stopped working yesterday and i travel between home and school and use it in the car for the entire journey and it only now seems to be an issue. could it be something to do with my phone?

Hi, i am not aware of anyone else in my house having this same issue but i can try place the sim in another device later on today and see if that changes anything.

Hello @ijx.

Please come back and let us know the outcome.

If this issue continues when your SIM is placed in another device I would recommend trying a replacement SIM.

If the issue resolves itself when your SIM is placed in another device, this would indicate a problem with your phone.

hi tried in my friends phone and it didnt work. do i need a new SIM?

@ijx By the sounds of it yes you do. You can request a replacement SIM card in a EE store or by calling customer services. You must request for a replacement SIM card
