@Officeboy1 You’ll probably find it’s because new device/s are coming and EE have not received any from any Apple.

I’m trying to upgrade to it as well and they’re just simply not on the website but the 11 pro and normal 11 are.

@kamil3222 Just because the 11 and 11 pro are still available doesn’t mean the 11 pro max has to be especially If EE don’t have stock of the pro 11 max. You’ll probably find Apple are to discontinue all of last year’s devices barring the iPhone SE.
