I ordered the new Apple Watch series six which has already been released however it says I have pre ordered it? However when I confirmed the order it said it’ll be with me within 7 days

Me too. It was Friday 2 weeks ago, they said it would be delivered within 7 days and still no sign of it

Apple Watch Series 6 back orders are being dispatched on a first come, first serve basis as stock arrives from Apple.

You'll receive a text message from DPD with tracking information as soon as your delivery slot has been confirmed.

If you're worried about your order, I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team.

I tried that, they said it would be 7 days from when it’s in stock, but that’s the thing - when I ordered it they said it was in stock

i paid for an early upgrade, so maybe Ee should have been less eager to take money until they know they can deliver.

it’s not the end of the world, I guess Vodafone would have been 100x worse

it gets more curious. The status changed to dispatched and the date of dispatch was 17 September- that’s the day BEFORE I ordered it.

I did not get a text or email from EE or DPD

so, what is the status?
