Lovely customer service

I was in the CIRENCESTER branch the last two days ,struggling to get my contract up and running, for these two days a lovely lovely guy called Jamie did everything and anything to get my contract working despite HCBC being completely incompetent!
not sure how I can really say thank you other than leave this good feedback.. not only was he lovely but everyone in store was talkative helpful and genuinely lovely.
