Voicemail not working

Hello!

I have an iPhone 8 and my voicemail is not working, when I try and call it it just hangs up straight away.
I have tried VM ON, and also VM OFF then VM ON again. It hasn’t worked.

I’ve called 150 and they give the same advice.
I’ve tried the technical help live chat and they just disconnect me.

Can you help?

If you call freephone 0800 956 3146 from any other phone a tech advisor will be able will be able to help get your voicemail up & running.

Are you calling using the speed-dial 1? Or dialling 222 manually?

It would be worth trying both methods, for elimination if nothing else.

I'm presuming you can make other calls ok.
