my contract will finish 14th Oct 2020.

I wonder that I have to call the customer center to finish the contract in advance or it will finish automatically. If I have to call the customer center not to extend my contract, until when I have to call?

You need to call and give EE 30 days notice if you want to cancel. If not the. Your contract will revert to a monthly contract.

What finishes in October is your minimum contract term.
