Can’t hear calls

I have a new iPhone se, and today I can no longer hear callers from the receiver I can only hear when I use the speakers!

this has only happened from this afternoon.

With it been a new phone, is there a screen protector on the screen that is perhaps covering the earpiece?

I’ve had it about 2 months, and took the cover off!

I assumed it was new, going off of your first post.

It's surprising how many times the screen protector is the cause of it.
