@Williamgarbutt On your IDevice go to Settings>Click your name at the top>click iCloud>click Manage Storage>click Change Storage Plan, To increase it to 50Gb per month it’ll cost you 79p per month. 200Gb per month is £2.49 and 2Tb is £6.99 per month. That’s how you get more iCloud storage.

If your running out of iCloud storage try having a look to see what’s taking up your free space. You’ll probably find your photos are doing this, do you need to back them up to iCloud ? try using a PC if you can, I’m still using the standard 5Gb and as yet still do not need to purchase more space. Oh and I’ve been using iCloud storage since it came out ( 2011) go through your iCloud settings and look at what’s taking up space.
