so basically i am trying too buy something on my mobile game with my credit as that is a feature with EE and apple but when i try too add my number as a payment method it comes up with this photo, can someone get back too me through text please

it just gives me a list of things i can do like “text: balance for this etc. “

You are on PAYG. UNBAR is for contract. You need to call CS to be able to buy things from your PAYG credit.
