I recently topped up £20 on my pay as you go and spoke to member of EE customer service to buy a pack but they suggested I sign up for a 12 month sim contract which gives me a better deal. I did this, once completed they asked me to switch off my phone for 1 minute and that my services will be active when I switch my phone back on. It has now been 30 minutes and it still says no service, I have tried putting the SIM card in another phone and it still says no service. I am using an IPhone 7 I am really confused because I had service before the phone call with EE. Can anybody help please? I am not able to contact EE because I have no service.
