Hi everyone I have a Apple Watch series 5 cellular, I was told I can use the watch with out my phone being by me, for some reason it will not let me make calls without me phone being next to me? Can anyone help me on this as it’s saying the lines are closed on 150

checked Apple Watch under the mobile data and it says

plan EE

status not connected unless my phone it close
