Missed calls

On my iPhone 6s, certain numbers fail to notify by sound. E.g. a 0345 number from an insurance company and also O2 numbers. Some O2 numbers do not even register in 'recent calls'. All setting on phone seems okay - any ideas?

Hi @David789.

Have you tried restarting your phone?

Do you have the 'do not disturb' feature enabled?

Hi. Do not disturb is scheduled only. As to turning off and on the issue has occurred over some months now and I do regularly turn off and on.

Hi Solved. The setting 'Silence Unknown Callers' was on; not sure why. Thanks for your time, sorry!
