When I am on the phone my phone sound cuts out every 10 minutes and the person cannot hear me but I can hear them. I then have to hang up and call again a lot of the time. Why is this? This is on an iPhone 11 that I bought October 2019

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Is this only happening in one location or everywhere?

Does it happen when you use WiFi Calling?

Thanks
