Sending phone back

Hi, I have the new I phone se, I have to send it back (damage) Apparently I have to send it back, when the replacement comes (and give to the courier)(but I really want to transfer everything to the replacement before I have to. Any suggestions

The courier won't wait for you to transfer the data.

If you don't back up regularly then I'm afraid that it's not the courier or EE responsibility.

You hand the old phone back when they deliver the new one.

Have you recently backed up your data to your iCloud?

Can you access the settings on your iPhone?
