&lt;P&gt;I would recommend speaking with our technical care team regarding this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;eSIM can be used alone so I believe you should receive texts when the line is switched off.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please let me know how you get on,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>iPhone eSIM not pushing through text messages after period of being switched off</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 2 lines on my iPhone XS, my personal number on the SIM and business number on an eSIM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If a text message is sent to the eSIM whilst that line is switched off, I never receive the message once it has been switched back on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I thought this would be a good solution for carrying my business number on the same handset as my personal but now realise that after a weeks holiday, I have never seen or have access to any messages sent to me during that period.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Obviously, if you switch a phone off with a regular SIM inside, you will have all messages pushed through once the handset is switched back on. Is this the way the eSIM works or do I have a fault or incorrect setting?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
