If it's less than 14days and you bought the phone "direct" (by phone or online) and not in a shop, then you have a 14days return period.</P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>If you either bought it in a shop or it's gone beyond 14days, then no - you are tied to your minimum term now, and your only option will be to pay your upgrade fee or an early cancellation fee.
