Hi @JaydenM

How long have you had the phone for? If it's less than 14days and you bought the phone "direct" (by phone or online) and not in a shop, then you have a 14days return period.

If you either bought it in a shop or it's gone beyond 14days, then no - you are tied to your minimum term now, and your only option will be to pay your upgrade fee or an early cancellation fee. Both will be a similar amount, you may be able to trade your current phone in (check here ), or possibly get a better price selling it privately.

I was just wondering if anyone could help with my enquiry, I have a contract that still has around £400 left to pay, I was wanting to know if it’s possible to swap the phone on the contract for a different one by sending the one I currently have back or if the only option is to pay the phone off early, I just don’t want to pay the money to get a new one and then go through the trouble selling this one so I can get as much back as I can for it, as I’d assume it wouldn’t be worth while, thankyou for may help yous can give.
