Need a way to feedback on store experience

I was a little disheartened when I tried to leave some great feedback on Ben in the Prescot Store (Liverpool) I was hoping you'd have some form of store feedback form like almost every other major store in the high street.

If this can somehow be fedback that would be amazing. Ben helped me add a new phone onto my current contract to use for my other half. We went in and had an amazing experience as he was super helpful, sorted me out with no issues and didn't get awkward when my partner was close to a panic attack (she's not good in public places)

He is a credit to your company and another reason I'm glad to stick with EE over other networks
