Helpful support to my elderly father

Hi. I’d like to recognise Ben at the Peterborough Serpentine Shopping. My dad has wanted to upgrade his phone for a long time but can’t find his way round a website and was ensure what he’d know what to ask for in store so I took him and I mentioned, when we met Ben, that he may need some patience. He said he did as he’d had a good night sleep bless him and he sure had!!! He was patient, supportive, funny and understanding. We had a great laugh together and dad left the store with a new phone but also a new TV box and package with loads more channels for less money per month. It was only as successful as it was because of Ben’s help. Thank you Ben.
