Hello, hope this is the correct place to post this.

I just wanted to pass over some praise to a member of the technical services team via the phone contact centre yesterday. I organised an upgrade via live chat last week however their seemed to have been a few mishaps made which meant that the upgrade didn't go through as planned. I spoke to Lewis for a while who went through everything with me and managed to sort everything out and process the upgrade properly this time. Lewis was really patient and helpful and kept me informed throughout the call and has provided reassurance that should their be any further issues while everything processes that he will be available to sort this out.
