Hi EE,

I couldn’t find anywhere to leave positive feedback but just wanted to express what a positive experience I had in your Islington store yesterday, near Angel station. I needed a new phone and to change my contract across to EE from Three (because of their terrible reception in Hampstead) and expected the process to be laboured and complicated. But Haybe made the whole process feel straightforward and easy. Fabulous customer service. Thank you.
