Good Evening,

I would like to thank the young lady I dealt with this evening (18/03) who resolved my issue I had already spoken to two other people about. I was even more surprised to hear she had only been part of your team for 5 weeks. She cleaned up after the sales team contacted me and did not provide me with what they stated they would. Then she went and sourced me an even better package.

Unfortunately I didn't get her name but I hope you can view my account and who I interacted with and pass on my thanks. I'm only unhappy that I did not get an automated survey by text to praise her more! Please get back to me with her name and let me know you passed on my thanks.
