Hi, I represent a Veterans Charity, part of my role is activities coordinator, i have come across a group of our more isolated veterans in Barry. they are either financially economically isolated without the use of any IT equipment whatsoever. The group is described as the flagship of self-support prior to Covid. Unfortunately, now they have had to rely on IT and virtual catch-ups. at least 2 of the group have not got access or even Wifi. is there a tablet plan we could come up with that allows he usage for 4 1 hour get together a month so these guys are not feeling as isolated as they are. I intend to run some other activities if this can be agreed, I have been an EE customer for years and find you the best network hence I have never strayed. i hope you can help, they lost one of their number recently, it would have been good to do the funeral live stream.
