Hello,

Just wanted take some time out to recognise some fantastic customer service from Jonathon, I was going to leave for a better deal with 3, but he ran through all the options i had available if i wanted to stay with EE. He was patient, polite and very helpful so i decided to stay!

I hope the seniors appreciate how you go above and beyond for the customers, he's certainly an asset to EE.
