How can I praise an employee?

I have looked on the website for a compliment form or something of the kind, but I cannot find one anywhere?

I just wanted to say thank you so much to Kellie xxxxxxxx who went above and beyond to help me upgrade, as people I had talked to before had messed up my order. She explained everything very well and was so friendly.

Evidently I worded my title badly. I wanted to inform management to praise this specific employee 🙂

It's so lovely to hear this feedback and it sounds like Kellie really looked after you when you were processing an upgrade.
