EE's customer service lines aren't down, they're just extremely busy. Just like many other companies customer helplines at the moment.

Whether that's true or not, it's wrong! You are a HUGE company. Should be more honourable to customers and definitely be available 24/7, at least via instant messenger in the site. As if nobody is interested in night shift pay! 🤔

They don't have to be open 24/7 for this sort of stuff. Doesn't matter how huge they are.

Regardless if people want night pay or not. A business doesn't have to be open 24/7
