Hi,

I couldn't find where to do this, but I just want to say that Dean from the Stratford upon Avon store did an amazing job with my query that I had with him in relation to my phone upgrade. Dean was incredibly knowledgable, and told me in very simplistic terms (which I needed) the step by step process. Super friendly too.

I will definitely be going back for further queries, and will look out for Dean for future help.
