Hi,

Recently visited the EE Store in Neath to discuss upgrades and phones

Met with a colleague named Ryan who helped me find the right deals for me and my family

He really took the time to understand what our needs were and went above and beyond to meet them

Amazing customer service, made us feel like the most valuable customers he has ever dealt with

All of the staff in the Neath store were lovely, and I'm hoping this feedback can find its way to them.
