Why is there not a compliment section ?!

I wanted to praise a member of your team called Scarlett xxxxxxxxxx. She phoned me yesterday re upgrading my phone. After having a couple of bad experiences on the phone previously, it was a breath of fresh air.

This lady is a a credit your team. Made me feel at ease and I felt very reassured speaking to her on the phone- completely hassle free!

I know many people are quick to complain but you definitely need to give credit where it is due!
