Once again I must commend EE for the unbelievably great customer service I received today.

I have been assisted throughout the day by dylan.xxxxxx@ee.co.uk

Dylan was an absolute pleasure to speak to. I said previously that I only leave positive comments for staff that excel, and this gentlemen excels.

He was extremely amicable, informative and polite throughout the entirety of the call, constantly explaining my options and making me feel well informed. The first thing he helped with was setting up Wifi, to which he explained the process of joining and the time it takes. To this, he then advised it better to obtain earlier as it may take a significant length of time otherwise. This is true, and I'm glad to see company staff going out of there way to ensure satisfaction and the financial safety of its clients.

I then explained I wanted an item addon for my account. He patiently went through and explained all the different types of item available to me and provided an opinion of the ones he had prior experience with, again giving me some peace of mind when making my decision.

And finally, he organised the delivery of this, and provided me with information I needed to have all my bills coincide with one another. Making my whole journey EE even more pleasurable.

The response time was impeccable, and the service was absolutely brilliant.

Truly beginning to love this company. This man definitely deserves commendation, or a raise.
