I would like to give a huge shout out to Callum member of staff EE shop Cables retail park Prescot Merseyside

I'm a technophobic, however; today with social distancing in place, Callum with great patience and understanding, talked me through problem on my Samsung phone with a positive outcome.

Callum and Prescot staff you are a definate asset to EE, THANKYOU
