I just spoke to Angela in the upgrades team to sort out my upgrade, I just wanted to say she did such a brilliant job compared to everyone else that I have spoken to. She was very efficient in sorting out my upgrade after I have had four attempts at doing so.

She is a credit to EE! It was nice to speak to someone who actually had a general interest in sorting out my issue and working to resolve the complaints I had previously. If I had the pleasure of speaking to Angela originally when upgrading my phone it wouldn't have been such an effort and I wouldn't have been sent the wrong phone in the first place.
