Please can someone tell me how to give positive feedback. I called 150 on sunday 7th june due to problems with my broadband and the lovely lady who took my call who I sadly due to my absolute awful memory has forgotten her name.

She went above and beyond and really want to ensure she gets this feedback. She called me twice to ensure my broadband was up and running again
