Hello,

I write from Germany. I've buy a S10-Phone and I receive no updates (last PDA G973XXS4BTB3 with security-patch 1.3.2020). Checking for updates results "no updates available". Samsung has no information about release-dates and after a lot of mails I know now that EVR is Everything Everywhere.

I've the following questions:

How can I receive Updates in Germany?

Who now the release-dates for PDA G973FXXU4CTC9 / G973FXXS5CTD1?

Software/security updates are pushed out to your device by the manufacturer.

thanks for your answer. I ask Samsung for release-dates but there is nobody who knows it. They wrote me, that at least the provider knows the update-dates.

The security-patch from 1.3.20 is already the last one for EVR - right?

(A Samsung S10+ with DBT=Germany has already security-patch 1.5.20)

If you have EVR firmware you will continue to get EVR firmware.

EE test the firmware but Samsung releases it once it has been approved.

No one can tell you when updates are coming.

I've no email-adress from EE-support and a telefoncall is very expensive. I think that a test for a new release (with security-patch 1.4.20) don't takes such a lot of time - right?

Do you know a support-email-adress from EE?

There is no support email.

But all S10 have received android 10 that would suggest that there is an issue with your device

Your CSC would suggest your firmware is SER from Russia and not EE in the UK

I can't beleave that the csc is from russia. All www-informations means BTU=UK and EVR=Everything Everywhere.

But I ask the seller for more details.

Does somebody else has an idea or a contact to the EE-support?
