No date of birth on My account\personal profil

I'm just checking my personal details on a few accounts.

Date of birth is not shown.

I am sure when I first signed an account 6-7 years ago it must have been requested and recorded. But where is it?

I think PAYG accounts do not store this type of information, where as Pay Monthly would. Any Pay Monthly users help confirm this?

Because, @Domgraf , it will us whether (Contract) or not (PAYG) your MyEE a/c should be holding your DoB. Please just answer my Q.

You'll need to phone CS to get your DoB reinstated if you can't find it & you are unable to enter it yourself in your Profile.

Thanks for your response. In theory, it is helpful, in reality not so. If CS would answer a call in a reasonable time and the chat competent enough to answer, I would not raise that issue in this forum. Guess why I wrote here? 😉

The only way is to speak to them. They are busy in the current climate but thay are taking calls eventually. Just persevere! Perhaps it is not important to have your DoB on your a/c's.
