      <title>Mobile Upgrade No Communication</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have recently upgraded my phone on the 1st May 2020 but have unfortunately not received any text messages from DPD or EE regarding this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have in turn received texts and letters stating that my contract ends soon and to upgrade etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This account has gone through a change of ownership and I was on the phone to support who was transferring me to the Digital sales Team however the call seemed to have cut off and ended.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a specific number I should call for this, or can this be sorted via EE Community?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Matt&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There's no account access via the community, so you will need to call C/S on 150 to resolve this.&lt;/P&gt;
