internet problem

I cannot get any internet connection on my phone when away from home. Have 4G, can receive calls and texts but when I try to connect to anything on internet get message that there is no connection. Not a phone techie and probably a simple answer. Can anyone advise?

Are you able to make calls and send texts when away from home?

Do you have data remaining?

Thanks for replying. Yes I can text and call and just checked and have 1.2GB data

Have you inadvertently disabled mobile data?

Even if it shows enabled, try disabling it, rebooting your phone and re-enabling mobile data.
