Yes, I requested one by calling EE from last month: They then informed me that it will take 3 months for a complete takeover after a quick credit check?

What was the reason they gave for waiting three months? Did the person taking over the account pass the credit check?

Unsure.

I’m the one that’s taking over the account from someone else so I was the one that had the credit check cleared. They did mention something about sending off some type of form

So this situation shouldn’t have taken 3 months? Also where do I go once I’ve clicked the ‘get in touch’ link? I ask this because my account has been closed
