    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello James,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called and was told to chat to someone online. Unfortunately, it is not clear where I can chat with a member of staff. It’s a quite frustrating because I will end up being charged an extra month on the line.
