      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/782209"&gt;@David115&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;To cancel the contract you’ll need to pay off the remaining term of the contract. &amp;nbsp;If you do pay it off you’ll get a 20% reduction on the remaining term of the contract. &amp;nbsp;You’ll need to call customer services to do this as they have to tell you the cost. &amp;nbsp;You could ask if they can do anything about the cost but don’t count on it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
