SIM only upgrade - monthly cost higher than agreed.

Good afternoon,

On Friday , I upgraded my plan to the SIM only 12mth 1000 GB £23 (inc VAT) - this was clearly stated in the shopping basket and double checked for hidden costs before agreeing to the plan. This was a time limited offer and is now no longer available.

I have just checked my account online and it states that the plan is the SIM only £23, which is correct, but the price is £25.55 (ex VAT), which was not the price I agreed to.

I would be grateful for any advice please

There is no account access on these forums. You will need to speak to EE CS on 150 about this issue.
