@Allybally69 What did you expect, your paying for the feature to upgrade any time this will come at a price.

Yeh I do realise this but the plan I agreed with EE was £200 upgrade the first 6 months then £100 up to the upgrade date on the upgrade date I’m over 6 months then they change it to £266 without telling me that is why I’m hacked off

Where are you seeing this charge?

If you are trading your old device in (and it's not damaged), you would only need to pay a £25 to £100 upgrade fee between month six and 12.
