How to give positive feedback

My mum has dementia and I needed to get her a new phone and contract as similar to the one she had already - dated back to 2013! The EE in store employee at St Helens Argos by the name of Ryan was absolutely amazing - really helpful and considerate as well as doing everything as simple as possible so that my mum could understand. Would really like to nominate him for his fantastic customer service - thank you!
